Our Mission

London Granny Annexes began as a result of our own family circumstances.

A family versed construction, carpentry and landscaping decided to brave the challenge and created their first custom built annexe.

3 Step Process

Initial Quote

We have a series of standard, modular and pre-fabricated models available. We’re also able to design and install customized annexes for our clients. With your design and budget in mind, we go to step 2.

Feasibility Study

We help our clients get out of first gear with a feasibility study. An out building designed for living and sleeping will need approval. This study will clarify whether or not your building of choice is likely to be accepted.

Planning Permission

Is your building incidental? Does it have shared or independent access? Proximity? If your annexe meets local planners criteria, Planning Permission should be a relatively smooth process.

Our service encompasses a wide range of trades and locations. We’re experts in flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, interiors and exteriors.

Our work radius extends to the far reaches of greater London. We work in the heart of our capital, inc. Kensington, Chelsea, Hampstead and further afield in Epping Forest, Richmond upon Thames and Watford.
